Terms & Conditions

Returns/Claims: Claims for shortages and damages are to be filed directly with the carrier and noted on the delivery receipt. No return merchandise will be accepted without prior written consent. All approved returns must be in original cartons and are subject to the following:

1. All returns must be authorized and have a Return Materials Authorization number. Contact Customer Service to receive an RMA.
2. Authorized returns are accepted on a pre-paid basis.
3. Returns must be packed well so as to avoid further damage.
4. Returns should be made via FedEx if possible.
5. Broken glass must be reported within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
6. All non-damaged returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Merchandise: We reserve the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit on defective merchandise.

Terms: Net 30 days upon credit approval.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS WITHOUT NOTICE. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. ALL WEIGHTS AND CARTON DIMENSIONS ARE ESTIMATES AND MAY SHIP IN A DIFFERENT SIZE CARTON.
